On June 1st, Nancy & Meagz will work with you to commence Tirage for your own bottle of bubbly! That’s the induction of secondary fermentation in bottle.
On November 22nd, you will come back and work with the team to disgorge your Magnum…it’s messy! But someone’s gotta do it. You will walk away with your bottle and the label that you can personalize.
It’s a rare chance to get up close to the wine-making process for some of the most beautifully made Sparkling Wine in the United States.
