You are invited to celebrate the life and adventures in the Red Tail Ridge vineyard of our late, lovely Bueller. A rescue, Bueller was found chained in the middle of a field. Nancy & Mike adopted him and took on the task of bringing out the steady, calm presence and love of a good head scratch and consistent love that Bueller was famous for. He became one of our mascots because he was always up to meet a new person. He kept our woodchucks in check along with his brother, Tucker.

Not only was he famous at the winery, Bueller had a huge Social Media following. As such as beloved friend, he deserves a great sending off. So, come and join us for a toast and a walk about the pollinator field or by the pond to celebrate his life. Chef Samantha Buyskes will be at the winery, providing a lunch of locally-sourced Burgers and Hot Dogs for $25 per person for those who wish to enjoy. The glass to toast Bueller will be complimentary to all ticket holders.

A great way to kick off Father’s Day weekend is our Wine Dinner with Vesper in Rochester. Executive Chef Neil Fahy and his team are bringing in fresh PEI oysters among other delicious delights to pair perfectly with our wines. Join us as we celebrate Dad, and of course the Rose Soiree weekend with this beautifully crafted menu.

Fresh winery offerings at Red Tail Ridge Winery with a focus on local cuisine and fine wines.

Red Tail Ridge is excited to welcome local artist Steve Duprey for a special three-day Plein Air art course for beginner and intermediate artists who own their own equipment and paints. The class will focus on composition, brush work and the basic concepts of Plein Air art. The winery will provide lunch and a glass of wine each day to participants. All works created will also be shown in an exhibition at The Country Lawyer Gallery. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the soothing views of the vineyard and the surrounding landscape.

Join us at Red Tail Ridge as we celebrate Mother’s Day by supporting a local mom, Francine Daloia and her husband, Chef Nicholas Daloia! This duo are sharing their love of amazing food as they present some of the most creative Lobster Rolls we have seen at Red Tail Ridge. From Lobster Corn Dog to a Chicago Hotdog style Roll. We even have options for those who are crustacean averse.

Whether you choose to enjoy your Roll with Blanc de Blanc, Dry Riesling or Sans Oak Chardonnay, this is going to be lunch worthy of your Mama.

Tickets include a choice of any option on the menu for the day, and a glass of any of our beautiful Finger Lakes Wines.

Come on over to Red Tail Ridge on April 13th from 11:30am – 4:30pm for amazing Mexican Food from La Monarka. We are excited to host Rosa and her team again this year. Her food, with our wines like Good Karma are an amazing pairing. It’s the perfect way to usher Spring in here in the Finger Lakes.

Open only to our Wine Club Members, this is an exciting set of events where you learn a lot about making a Methode Champenoise Wine, and walk away with your own Magnum of wine you helped to create.

On November 22nd, you will come back and work with the team to disgorge your Magnum…it’s messy! But someone’s gotta do it. You will walk away with your bottle and the label that you can personalize.

Chef Matt Hummel designed this experience to invite exploration and indulgence. Your reservation includes a curated caviar and sparkling wine pairing, and when you arrive, you’ll select the caviar that best matches your taste. From there, your flavor journey expands with an optional menu of chef-driven accompaniments available for purchase.

Enhance your caviar experience with creative pairings such as totones and Chef Matt’s Red Tail Ridge–inspired fried chicken. Guests may also order additional caviar throughout the experience. Vegetarian guests can enjoy a delicious caviar alternative, thoughtfully prepared to deliver richness and depth without fish roe.

  • Bowfin Caviar – $50*
    Herbal, earthy, and briny with a firm texture. Harvested from American bowfin fish in Southern U.S. waters.
  • Paddlefish Caviar – $62*
    Earthy and nutty with buttery richness and a silky finish. Harvested from wild-caught freshwater spoonbill from the Mississippi River.

  • Polish Osetra Caviar – $72*
    Clean and refined with gentle salinity, toasted grain notes, and a creamy texture. Harvested from farm-raised Russian sturgeon in Poland.

  • Mountain Caviar (Vegetarian) – $36*
    Crafted from Japanese cypress seeds with a mild, nutty profile and artichoke-like savor.
